Purpose and availability

Nest Hubitat is an independent integration for the operator's own household. This website describes that installation; it does not offer public accounts, device access, a subscription or a commercial service.

Visitors may read the information here. Access to the integration itself is limited to the owner and people they authorize.

Service limitations

The installation depends on the home network, Hubitat, Google APIs and community-maintained software. Readings may be delayed or unavailable during outages, authorization failures or service changes. It is not a life-safety system and should not be relied on for emergency monitoring or protection against property damage.

The owner remains responsible for thermostat settings, account permissions and any home automations they configure. Availability or accuracy is not guaranteed.

Third-party services and privacy

Google, Hubitat and Cloudflare provide separate services under their own applicable terms and policies. Their names identify compatible services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. The community integration's source code is governed by its own license.
